Logistics Call Center/Data Entry - Lab Express, Inc.


Located in Arlington, TN

We, at Laboratory Express, are a specialized App based logistics service structured specifically for the Laboratory/Medical Industry. We realize efficiently capturing pertinent data and transporting medical related materials from both internal and external origins and destinations is necessary for you to compete today.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team! As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for receiving job orders from customers via email/phone and ensuring that the order is handled quickly and accurately to customer specifications. You will also handle front line communications with our team of couriers, to support accurate and timely driver performances per customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and execute customer orders
  • Receive incoming calls from drivers out in the field
  • Dispatch orders properly to company drivers based on market area
  • Properly track drivers and report route activity as needed via website
  • Follow up with all drivers as needed to accurately and timely complete routes
  • Report any issues or incidents to proper team members, supervisors, and customers
  • Complete recurring reporting as necessary per customer specifications

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience/working background in CALL CENTER or TRANSPORTAION/LOGISTICS preferred
  • Fluent computer skills and ability to work with MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook Email) & Internet
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Great degree of reliability and responsibility
  • Meticulous attention to detail and desire to complete tasks correctly and with accuracy
  • Ability to remain resilient, project patience and empathy, and provide excellent Client service when dealing with stressful situations.
  • Self-disciplined to manage your schedule and adhere to it.
  • Ability to utilize multiple computer programs at the same time.
  • Exhibit professional, courteous, and friendly behavior.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
