We, at Laboratory Express, are a specialized logistics service structured specifically for the Laboratory/Medical Industry. We realize efficiently transporting medical related materials from both internal and external origins and destinations is necessary for you to compete today.
We are currently looking to contract with courier services in the Shreveport, La area to service our clients. 


Responsibilities

As contracted courier service working with our company, you or your driver(s) will drive your vehicle on local routes to transport specimen samples from pickup locations (collection sites) to labs or shipping locations.  You will use your smartphone to collect data that is used for tracking and invoicing for your services.

Qualifications

• adequate, reliable transportation to be used for routes
• required auto insurance
• valid driver's license and good driving record
• active Smartphone (Android or iPhone) with adequate data plan
• Federal Tax ID Number (EIN)
• professional contract courier experience preferred

-Monday-Friday Service Route
-Route starts at 630am...
-Route
-Route consists of 5 runs MWF and 4 runs TTH....26 FT truck with liftgate is supplied for the deliveries.
-MWF... 630am-730am....Second run 800am-930am...Third run 130pm-200pm...Fourth run 245pm-530pm...Fifth run...545pm-630pm
-TTH...no Second run on Tues/Thurs.
-Total mileage is approx 21-40 miles daily
-Rate is $200 M-F
 

Note: This is for a service contract and not employment with our company. You are required to invoice for your route services and will receive a 1099 for all earnings.
