We are currently looking for a vendor to provide courier services in the Quincy, IL for logistics services.


Responsibilities:

As a vendor working with our company, a requirement is that you supply a vehicle for service on local routes to transport specimen samples from pickup locations (collection sites) to local destination locations or local shipping locations. A smartphone is required to collect data used for tracking and invoicing for your services.

Qualifications:

• Adequate, reliable transportation
• Auto Insurance Required
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Active Smartphone (Android or iPhone) with adequate data plan
• Federal Tax ID Number (EIN)
• Business Checking Account
• Professional courier experience preferred.

Service Details:

MONDAY-FRIDAY ROUTE

• STARTS AT APPROX. 9-10:00AM IN QUINCY, IL (PICKUP VARIOUS PHARMACY ORDERS)
• PHARMACY ANTICIPATES 1-10 ORDERS/DAY TO BEGIN (CAN BE DONE WITH A SMALL CAR)
• THEY WILL RAMP UP OVER THE FOLLOWING FEW MONTHS
• YOU RECEIVE THE LIST OF REGULAR ORDERS THE NIGHT BEFORE AND ROUTE OUT BEFORE YOU PICK UP THE FOLLOWING MORNING
• STAT (RARE) AND WILL CALL ORDERS ARE PLACED AND DONE THE SAME DAY
• $40 MINIMUM PER DAY BASE RATE (IF THE ORDERS ADD UP TO MORE THAN $40, YOU ARE PAID THE HIGHER AMOUNT)
• OCCASIONAL TRANSFERS FROM THE HANNIBAL PHARMACY TO THE QUINCY PHARMACY ARE PAID AT $40 AND ARE SEPARATE FROM THE PHARMACY MINIMUM

• 0-10 MILES- $8.00
• 11-30 MILES- $8.00
• 31-40 MILES- $10.00
• 41-50 MILES- $12.00
• 51 OR MORE MILES- $0.85/MILE

*Vendors must have a valid business, Employer Identification Number (EIN), and a business checking account to be considered.

*As a vendor you will receive a 1099 for all earnings.

*As a vendor you will be required to provide any materials, equipment, and supplies for service other than what is provided.
