We, at Laboratory Express, are a specialized App based logistics service structured specifically for the Laboratory/Medical Industry. We realize efficiently capturing pertinent data and transporting medical related materials from both internal and external origins and destinations is necessary for you to compete today.


We are currently looking for a vendor to provide courier services in the several markets for logistics services.


Responsibilities:

As a vendor working with our company, a requirement is that you supply a vehicle for service on local routes to transport specimen samples from pickup locations (collection sites) to local destination locations or local shipping locations. A smartphone is required to collect data used for tracking and invoicing for your services.

Service Details

  • Route 1 – Bernalillo to Albuquerque, starts 3:30pm. Route is about 3 hrs long, 70 miles total, multiple stops, M-Sat. $72/daily flat rate
  • Route 2 – Los Lunas to Albuquerque, starts 4pm. Route is about 2.5 hrs long, 65 miles, multiple stops, $68/daily flat rate
  • Route 3 – Albuquerque stops, starts 4:45pm. Route is about 2.5 hrs long and 60 miles, multiple stops, $64/daily flat rate
  • Route 4 – All Santa Fe stops, starts 2:15pm. Route is about 2 hours long and 50 miles, multiple stops, $60/daily flat rate
  • Route 5 – All Albuquerque stops, starts at 4pm. Route is about 2.5 hrs and 50 miles, multiple stops, $60/daily flat rate.

Qualifications:

  • Adequate, reliable transportation
  • Auto Insurance Required
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Active Smartphone (Android or iPhone) with adequate data plan
  • Federal Tax ID Number (EIN)
  • Business Checking Account
  • Professional courier experience preferred.

Note:

*Vendors must have a valid business, Employer Identification Number (EIN), and a business checking account to be considered.

*As a vendor you will receive a 1099 for all earnings.

*As a vendor you will be required to provide any materials, equipment, and supplies for service other than what is provided.
